Rip off. Horrible customer service and staff. We didn’t know we had to be 1hr early . And honestly why is there even such a need, just put the booking slot as reporting time . That way there will never be a misunderstanding. The policy of no waiver is just here to exploit this , I wonder how many customers walked away unhappy. There was absolutely no one here and we still needed to pay $30 for a “reschedule” ( after our session for nearly 1hr there was no one else doing this) The place is on the verge of shutting down I think. With policy and staff like this it’s a small wonder. If you really want to come just walk in Edit : it gets worse. I can’t follow my kid in to the area to take videos and it’s a member only area. If I can give a negative rating I would Ps. the whole thing lasted I think 1 minute. Good god. Not recommended. Way over priced. For kids and first timers perhaps.

Very quick air time, and the photo/video package costs the same as the ticket! Not really something I’d do again since it’s quite expensive, and the photos and videos weren’t that impressive. Definitely a fun experience, but more of a one-time thing.

The instructor was so friendly and encouraging, especially with my son, who felt comfortable right away. We truly enjoyed the whole experience as a family and can’t wait to fly again! 💙💨

He is very professional, patient, and knowledgeable, making sure I felt safe and confident throughout the entire session. His clear instructions and encouragement really helped me improve my flying skills. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to learn or experience flying — you’ll definitely enjoy and learn a lot with Instructor Afiq!

A major tourist and recreation hub. Its name, meaning "peace and tranquility" in Malay. The island has many exciting attractions, which include: *Universal Studios Singapore *Adventure Cove Waterpark *Three beaches (Siloso, Palawan, and Tanjong) *A variety of historical sites, resorts. *Adventure activities like the Skyline Luge and iFly Singapore.
