Leonardo’s Science Museum

Truly amazing museum that I wholeheartedly recommend. There are so many things to see and so many different themes — something interesting for both adults and kids. You’ll need about 1.5–2 hours to see it, depending on your interest and time; even more if you read everything thoroughly. The prices are more than affordable for what you get, and if you’re under 26 the ticket is only €7.50. Highly recommended! ☺️

The Milan Leonarda Da Vinci Science museum definitely has some really cool exhibits, but overall I was kind of disappointed. A lot of things just didn't work, some parts of the exhibit were closed off, and considering it cost 10 euros for general entry plus another 10 for the submarine, it didn't really feel worth it. Also, there were a lot of kids running around going kind of wild, which really took away from the experience. It might be a good idea for the museum to have some age limits in certain areas. And on top of that, about a third (or at least it felt like half) of the descriptions were only in Italian, including the submarine tour. I only got a bit of English because I tipped a really nice guide 5 euros to help me out. In short, for what was promised, I was let down. The exhibits are cool, but the value for money just isn’t there and I wouldn’t really recommend it or go again.

A must see for all the science and Leonardo enthusiasts. We spend 3 hours on a weekday morning, we could have easily spent the entire day if we had time. Easily connected by metro, we did not have to wait in queue for getting the ticket on site. We breezed through 3 floors and few annexes but spent most of the time in Leonardo innovation galleries, space and aircraft. The museum shop is small but one of the better ones in terms of collection and price. We actually collected most of our Milan souvenirs from here. The art books collection is good as well and few of them we got in good price.
