This place is a dream come true for anyone who truly loves ice cream. You get to enjoy unlimited ice cream in all kinds of fun and creative ways. I recommend taking your time through each area, especially since it’s a pricier activity, but absolutely worth it. They also share the history of ice cream, and the staff is very interactive and energetic. There are plenty of picture-worthy spots, and the slide inside is much longer than you’d expect!

A must visit when in NYC! Fun for ALL ages. We loved all the interactive things to do and see, ice cream trivia, activities to do while enjoying your ice cream , endless photo opps and the delish ice cream samples throughout. Every staff member we interacted with was extremely friendly and fun which added to the experience.

We had very high expectations for the Museum of Ice Cream, and it did not disappoint! The museum leads you from room to room, through multiple ice cream experiences - not so much history of ice cream as it is more a path of sugar-fueled fun with lots of lovely selfie spots. The highlights: the sprinkle pool - for sure - it is wonderful and enormous. Also, the bagel with cream cheese ice cream and everything seasoning was surprisingly yummy. We had enough ice cream, popsicles, dippin dots, etc. to leave overly full. We went during "Pinkmas" and the holiday tones were also quite lovely. This museum reall gives kids a lot of chances to play - while geared a lot toward smaller folk, we took tweens and teens and they loved it.

I adore this place and can't wait to go again! The staff are AMAZING! The ice creams is delicious and everything is both adult and kid friendly! I honestly felt like a little kid again. It was such a wonderful experience and Ive been telling so many people to go!

Such a great date activity! So much pink! The ambiance is amazing. Would recommend for friends/family/dates. The only downside was that there was an insane amount of children which is fine just a bit loud. Would recommend maybe going during school time? A lot of things to do and a lot of ice creams to try, very welcoming/high energy staff. The staff is great/understanding with children from what i’ve seen!! Love the jenga/word search area the most, created a nice bonding experience. Played ping pong aswell! overall fun experience and definitely worth the price ;)
